My Platforms
Smart Infrastructure
Our streets, sidewalks, and public spaces should be safe, reliable, and built to last.
Â
For too long, we’ve relied on short-term fixes that cost more in the long run and leave residents dealing with the same problems over and over again. Smart infrastructure means doing the job right the first time — and planning for the future.
Â
My priorities include:
    •  Fixing roads, sidewalks, and drainage the right way — not temporary patches
    •  Prioritizing long-term repairs that save money and reduce repeat disruptions
    •  Investing in safe streets for pedestrians, drivers, cyclists, and transit users
Â
Infrastructure isn’t just about concrete and asphalt — it’s about access, safety, and quality of life.
Housing & Stability
Housing is foundational. Without stability, everything else becomes harder.
Â
Through my work in social services, I’ve seen how housing instability impacts mental health, employment, education, and public safety. I’ve also seen how disjointed systems and lack of coordination allow people to fall through the cracks.
Â
My priorities include:
    •  Expanding affordable and supportive housing options
    •  Addressing homelessness using proven, data-driven approaches
    •  Coordinating city services so people can access help without unnecessary barriers, and preventing homelessness before it begins.
Â
Housing policy should be rooted in reality — meeting people where they are and providing pathways forward, not dead ends.
Public Safety & Community Care
Safety means more than enforcement — it means prevention, care, and trust.
Â
I believe in supporting first responders and investing in the systems that reduce crisis in the first place. When we strengthen mental health services and community-based responses, we create safer outcomes for everyone.
Â
My priorities include:
    •  Funding prevention, mental health services, and crisis response
    •  Supporting first responders with the right tools, training, and partnerships
    •  Expanding alternatives that connect people to care instead of punishment when appropriate
Â
A safer community is one where people get help before a crisis escalates — and where responders are supported to do their jobs effectively.
Accountable Government
Government should be a tool — not a barrier.
Â
Too often, people don’t know who to call, how decisions are made, or why something isn’t working. I’ve lived this frustration myself and seen it from inside the system. Accountability starts with transparency, communication, and follow-through.
Â
My priorities include:
    •  Transparent budgets and clearly defined priorities
    •  Faster, more responsive constituent services
    •  Decisions informed by lived experience and community input
Â
People deserve to understand their government — and to have a real voice in shaping it.
The Bottomline
These priorities aren’t abstract — they come from lived experience, professional work, and conversations with neighbors who care deeply about this community. I’m committed to doing the work, listening first, and building solutions that actually improve everyday life.
Â
That’s what real solutions for real people looks like.
